just a thin scraping is lovely, too much is awful.

I love the stuff. I even persuaded the oil company I was working for in Oman to ship some out to us! They will do anything to keep the crews happy.
For a quick snack, put Marmit on toast, under some poached eggs. Quick, cheap, nourishing and good for you.Bye for now,

Got my mats today - I think I was expecting place mats (!!!) but they were coaster size and made of absorbent card, just like beer matsA chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0

Well I suppose you could and they would not kill you if you felt desperately hungry when you received them - maybe they are impregnated with Marmite flavour once you open the packet and could be quite appetising???.
The box they come in has a little magnetic strip on the back so you can stick them to the fridge and admire them for a while before you start chomping .......
