    A couple of threads occurred a couple of months back. You may want to do a search for those.

    General consensus is that they offered nothing that a broker couldn't arrange as the deals were the same.

    Yes it really doesnt seem to have taken off the way the promoters thought it would, so I don't see what you have to gain. if you are insistent on taking a mortgage without advice I suppose its ok, but mortgages can be a minefield to the untrained eye and you would be better to instruct someone and get advice than go it alone
