1.5kg Bockwurst - what to do

My lovely hubby has been working at a german market and has come home with 3 0.5kg packs of Bockwurst. All the info on the pack is in german unfortunately. Can i freeze them? What can i cook with them as obviously i dont want them to go to waste.

I'm assuming that they are the same/similar to the ones you can get in Aldi or Lidl. If so, they should be OK to freeze.
We cook ours in the oven and eat like normal sausages with spicy wedges and salad, or sweet potato mash and spicy mixed beans, etc, etc. I suppose you could make a sausage casserole or add them to pasta, etc, too. Or you could just send them to me..
