I haven't seen their TV ads, but their radio adverts irritate me beyond imagining - would never use the site as a point of principle, in case increased traffic makes them think the adverts worked :-(

Argh i hate these ads as well, they're annoying, i have used they're site but i havent purchased a quote from them as a result of me getting a quote

Adverts in general have little affect on me. I attribute this to me being a child of the 90's and having been bombarded with add's all my life resulting in an immunity to them.

I use comparethemarket however even though I detest their adverts more than anything else. I have had good experiences using it which is the only reason I do.

With go compare, I prefer the meerkats :-)

I loved the first one with the guy who says " hes only a tenor" I thought that was funny and still makes me smile when I see it it, but I hate the rest!

Based on adverts - the meerkats would win my custom hands down. The Go Compare ones are excruciatingly awful (on a par with Howard from the Halifax), the meerkats are just awesome!
