M&S sale items

Hi
A couple of weeks ago I bought some chairs from M&S.. for £385 a pair .. I still have not taken delivery yet of these.. expected next week..

Now I see them advertised on thier site for £259 a pair.. is there anything that can be done regarding me getting the difference on my purchase from the price I paid to the sale price seeing that i have not even taken delivery yet..

Regards

Try ringing them up, their customer service is usually very good.

Or just cancel the order and re-order at the sale price.;)

  • Could be a panic over nothing acutally.....

We bought 4 weeks ago during a 30% off multiple purchase offer which ran for a few weeks up untill the current promotion of reduced price ( no 30%) which is advertised as lasting only 3 days..

The new special offer works out dearer than our original purchase

    Thanks
