Hi
Need some sound advice. My partner and I have split up do I have to sign over the house to her before I can get a new mortgage?
What is the best 100% mortgage i can get?
Thanks

Hiya, you need to get your name off the mortgage and title deeds - even if you are not contributing to the mortgage, you are still liable for the debt. The risk factor at 100% means most lenders would not lend while you still have another residential mortgage outstanding.Number 86 - Stole a car from a one legged woman...
