leftover wensleydale with cranberries - any ideas?

Hi,
as the title says - I was given a large chunk of wensleydale with cranberries in it and none of us in the house like it - are there any recipes it could be used in? - its the cranberries that make it hard!

There are a couple of recipes on the Wensleydale website and an interesting sounding Wenslydale and Cranberry bread recipe here
Also if you check out google there are more links to recipes that may help.

I had a piece of this left one year. I crumbled it up and put it into a pasta bake along with chopped red onions and chopped chunky ham. I wasn't sure how it'd turn out with the cranberries but they go OK with ham and we both liked it and it was 'free' dinners to go in the freezer.2025's challenges: 1) To fill our 10 Savings Pots to their healthiest level ever
