I only know of Dobbies the garden center in Fenny Stratford. Opposite the rugby club.
Think they have a sale on too...

Can't help with your query regarding Milton Keynes, but i send for mine from Yankee Doodle.delivery is only a few days, and sometimes it works out cheaper than buying them in town.they have offers on regularly.

Metalyka in Stony Stratford, just a few miles from MK sells them. It's a gift shop on the high street.

I can't remember the name of it but there is a small picture /art shop opposite Crispy creme donuts (which is next to M&S) and they sell Yankee candles in there (I got some last week)
