Well this thread remains......interesting.
I am not holding my breath but just to provide an update as everyone else has done, mine (2 pairs) says order dispatched and I ordered 27/12/2009 20:12. It says expected delivery 06/01
Now if I could only find some "cheep car insu-r-ance" for £1Just got letter from Insurance Co saying policy cancelled (not sure why, only got today dated 22nd so maybe there is another letter we have not received) and I really can't afford the deposit that online sites are quoting
I know it is OT, sorry, but I am just consumed with it at the moment........:(

mine are saying dispatched but an extra £10 has been charge to my debit card?:
I have copied this from the bottom of my e-mail confirmation. Hope it helps.
If you have paid for your order with a credit or debit card then we will process your payment in two stages. First we will charge your card with the full price of
the order then we will refund your card with the value of the discount. Please note that the payment and refund may not occur simultaneously but the
refund will be made no later than when your order is despatched.0 -

I ordered 2 different orders ( neither added up go in to double figures by the way!) and one has been despatched and the other being processed . They were only 10 mins apart . I also ordered something on xmas even and it is still being processed so i dont think it means much if your order is not marked as dispatched yet.0

hello, please help me!
I placed an order on 27/12 around 11pm, and paid in full for 8 pairs, but did so in 3 or 4 transactions, (£4 and £2 twice I believe)
Would they be allowed to simply "take" another 8 x £5 to mean £40 taken from my debit card? The funds would allow it, BUT, it would result in unpaid direct debits. Simply not worth the bank charges!and the hit to my credit rating (which I am building up)
Anyone? Please say they can't do this, I would cancel my order but it is processing and ETA 6/1/10

No they can not. When using a voucher code they charge full amount then refund the amount of the voucher code. But with glitches like this they can't or so i believe. I have only been charged the correct amount £10Plan to save all child benefit from Jan 26th - November 30th
