Loan agreement
Good Evening,
I have a personal loan with Alliance and Leicester. It was taken out just before recession and before the takeover by Santander. As Santander have now bought Alliance and Leicester, surely i have to sign a new loan agreement with Santander or can it simply be transferred?
Thankyou

The debt can be passed on to their heirs and successors. It is in the small print that you read and signed :rolleyes:0
