Problems with Santander consumer finance

I have to agree about them being awful - I had a loan orignially from Alliance and Leicester and had problems with them when my DMP started with CCCS. Recently I was awarded a rebate on my PPI for that loan and it took from 10th August to this week to get the money paid out.
I have to say that I didn't put my car finance into the DMP at all, I kept it as an essential along with mortgage and utility bills. I would have been worried about losing my car otherwise. This makes me wonder about the advice the CCCS are currently giving out?Julie
