UK loan when living abroad?
Does anyone know if it is possible to get a loan in the UK if you live abroad? We are British citizens. I looked at applying for a 0% credit card but it asked about being UK resident and obviously I didn't want to lie so cancelled the application.
I am just wanting to get a loan to consolidate credit card debt because I'm sure we are paying much higher interest than we need to.
Thanks in advance!

If your UK bank receives a salary and you have a good credit score I don't see a problem.
If your salary is paid to you abroad then it will be more difficult.0 -
Thanks for the reply - our salaries are paid into accounts abroad but we do transfer money back to UK accounts for mortgage etc. So maybe it will be difficult.0
