My Intended Purchases in 2010

Not so much a case of "I wanna buy-it or do-it" right now, but certainly in the near future, I've a few items I'm looking at buying in 2010.
I thought that if I listed the items here, then if people find a good deal and happen to remember my thread (slim chance but you have to live in hope!) then they may post
I'm not looking for any of these in a particular order, it's ust a case of needing/wanting to get them (or similar) in 2010 and buying them when the appropriate deal arises
So.. the list.
* Samsung 32" LCD TV
* XBox 360 Wireless Adaptor
* 15.4" (or larger) laptop running Windows 7
* Slimline PS3
* iPod Touch 32GB
* 3.0 V6 CDTi Vauxhall Vectra
* 10 days / 2 weeks in the sun
so, if anyone sees any of the above going for a decent price, then please feel free to post away
In the mean time, I'll be looking myself and updating when I find anything worthwhile!!

Why do you want a 3.0 CDTi Vectra? personally I'd go for a BMW 323d or 123d0
-
Several reasons.
1) Vauxhall Trade Club - I get extremely cheap parts, and can do all my own work completely free of charge. BMW's are also complete pigs to work on.
2) the 3.0 V6 CDTi pushes out 184bhp and with a simple DTUK tuning box will hit 250bhp, all for insurqnce group 9 and still returning combined fuel economy of 45-50mpg+.
3) my father has a BMW 5 series, and to be honest I've been in hearses that have more life in them.
4) price. the Vectra's depreciate more than the BMWs, therefore as I'm not buying new (look at ~05/55 reg) I can get far far more car for my money than with another brand, especially as the Insignia has superseded the Vectra and thus prices are falling still.
5) the X30DTH engine in the 3.0 v6 CDTi is an easier engine to work on, and doesn't suffer from the stupid auxiliary belt setup that moder n engined BMWs rely upon, with a 5 metre long piece of rubber (which is prone to perishing, damage, and snapping) to drive everything from the fuel pump to the alternator. X30DTH is simple chain driven, and far more reliable.
there are other reasons, but I won't go into those as I'm sure you can see I'm a car nut and have done my research
I'm also heavily involved in Owners Clubs in the Vauxhall scene, so have a fair bit of expertise and knowledge/experience to fall back on
