Thanks chick. She is absolutely fine in herself so I don't think its anything major. I will keep an eye on the situation. In one way it's nice because she considers our house her home etc but then I don't want her dad thinking I am doing anything which would make her not want to see him if that makes sense

Saying that considering he was meant to be having her today he hasn't contacted me yet :rotfl:

Have done something a little non MSE but very important for me.

I have joined Weight Watchers online, but have managed to not have to pay the joining fee so it is only £10 a month so not too bad.

I like this as it comes with my controlling side of my nature, being able to write down what I have eaten, work my points out, track my weight etc.

On a positive side I have lost over 2 stone since I was last on there :T without really trying so I am hoping with this and my new passion for my treadmill I will be a slinky lady for my summer hols (27 weeks to go) :rotfl:

hi doodledo - I think joining WW is good if it works for you. Difficult to know what to do with kids - I think you are right not to force the issue - hope your ex understands. Good luck with ebay!

    just WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO from me....

Dunno what to suggest about DD, long as she knows she can tell you if anything is worrying her, i'd carry on just as you are.
Did Ex contact you at all in the end?

And as for weight watchers, you've got to do whatever you think works for you, and if it motivates you then all for it. I dont think it works well for some personality types, but you're not one of those :)

Well on another two days off today and tomorrow. Could quite get used to this part time working lark.

Have had a very stress free day today washing my car. It looks brand new again :D

Back home now and DD is currently painting me a picture whilst I have a nose on here and have a coffee.

Have tomorrow off and DD is with her dad for most of the day so need a monster list for tomorrow so I don't spend the day in my dressing gown watching chat shows :rotfl:

And if we got chips on the way home she'd add them too. She's slimmer than me now though so guess there's something in it!
