You can go into your Amazon and cancel the order yourself, just go into 'your account' and then select 'view recent or open orders' and then when you view your order you have the option to cancel it.

To qualify for free p&p you need to select the super saver delivery service when you're checking out. I would cancel your existing order and then place a new one.
