    Hi everyone
Well no NSD for me today as went and did a bit more grocery shopping and got some food for my garden birds - poor little beggars they've been struggling in this weather.

Think I'll have another NSD tomorrow so that will make my original total of 20 and I can see BigMummaF has already taken me at my word and increased my total to 25, so going to give it a try.... gulp ...

Well done to everyone, lots of targets being met so far :j and a big hug to everyone not doing so well at the moment - another 10 days to go in January, so still plenty of time!

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go sort out a certain person who thinks I'm action-smiley-087.gif...this might take a while devil-smiley-041.gif....

Told y'all she was a tyrant. Here's written proof! :rotfl:

NSD yesterday and intending today to be also. OH will just have to have a piece of old meat lying in the fridge. By tomorrow it will start talking back. I'm on freezer supplies. Then tomorrow off to family party so probably won't have to do food shop until Sunday.

Am not sure whether to increase my target for next month. This month, I have found it relatively easy without having to 'deny' myself very much. Okay it's made me plan more but I feel like unless I'm actually denying myself things then I'm not doing it properly. I clearly have the need to suffer. Must be the lapsed catholic in me. With being snowed in at beginning of month it's made this months target a little more easily achievable. Hmmmm shall ponder on that life-changing question off post so I don't end up rambling on here ;)
  • NSD 10 for me yesterday xxx

Well done to those that are hitting and over their target

Keep going to those that are near x

Ramble away, I saaaaay, ramble away go girl!! Why is it whenever I read your posts, I want to eat a curly wurly ....?????? I'm ditto with you - I'm kinda aiming for another NSD today, as I don't need to spend anything anymore.

In fact - I only need two more spend days before payday (Thurs), so hows about I join you in the 'upping the stakes' and I now go for 22 NSD's ... oooh, that's a big number! I would never have thought that I could manage that before today!
  • Had some bad news yesterday so had a takeaway for tea lol - will spend later as well and tomorrow is shopping day - roll on Sunday :-)

There's still 10 opportunities--counting today--for achieving some more NSDs so don't get disheartened just yet :D
Enjoy your night out Coffeeholic--think you've earned it ;)
Everyone's going to have a blip when 'things happen' Fraggle, so don't fret Pet :o If you feel the need to share, you can pm me if you don't fancy 'going public'. Have a dodgy :grouphug:to keep you going for a while..

Can't believe I made it to my 8 NSD's but not had any since, I've spent everyday! Makes me realise I really need to aim for more, having reached my goal makes me not bother IYSWIM!
It's bluddin frustrating when you get complacent isn't it angry-smiley-039.gifI thought it was only me who thought it would always be easy not spending sad-smiley-032.gif

Have say that this is not MY thread--I just keep The List in order so more of a filing clerk than a PA :p only a few of the Board-watchers have begun to pass comment on some of the other threads I've looked at recently. In any case, I'd like to think of us more like Family than Faceless bits of writing on a poota screen

15 yesterday - today is likely a spend day but I'll hit 18 no bother which is a bit of a shock - might opt for 20 next month!!

    Cheers,

  • Hi all

I would like to join (better late than never!!) for January to get myself into the swing of this challenge with....

    4 NSDs

I know this is really low but I am on holiday skiing until 25th Jan so want to start the day that I get back which is nearly the end of Jan.

Hopefully if I can manage this in Jan I will up my goal for Feb.
