Why do you want to buy a flat ?
Better getting a house and saving a 15% deposit first.
Avoid shared owenership and prices are not that bad in liverpool0 -
What prices are you looking at?
What deposit do you have?
Do you have a good credit history?
Do you have any other debts?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi hunninicki,
I have just seen you are looking for a flat in Liverpool. I was wondering that maybe you or somebody else that reads my message could be interested in my offer. My husband and myself are spanish and we have decided it's time to come back to Spain, because we are going to have a baby. We live in a 2 bedroom lovely flat which we wanted to sell, but we know how is the market at the moment, so we were willing to sell it to one of those quick sale properties to be able to move as soon as possible.
I do think, it's a shame to give our property to that people, just because of the simple reason they are out there to make money, so we have decided to ask for the SAME PRICE WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN for a private buyer, so we will get the same money at the end of the day, and somebody else can be benefit from buying a flat much cheaper and live in it. If nobody give us an offer in a few months time, we will sell it to one of those companies, anyway.
It is a 2 bedroom flat, close to Liverpool city centre, really nice views of the city from all the bedrooms and the living room. Does not need to be refurnished as it was built in 2006, allocated-parking, heating. Really nice, honestly. If you/somebody else is interested, let me know.
You will need less amount of money for your deposit + ask less for your mortgage
Thank you.0
