Trouble with http://store.edu-sci.com

in Shop but don't drop
Hi

I ordered from store.edu-sci.com but have had many many problems.

First I never received my order.

Tried to phone them but no answer... so I emailed them several times and finally they responded and my order arrived.

However, they were all dead!

Emailed them again and have yet to recieve a response.

Has anyone else had similar problems or have any advice about what I can do to get a live sample or a refund?

Their customer service is appalling!
