does anyone have a recipe to make sweets similar to extra strong mints?

well i cant find a recipe, the ingredients are Sugar, Glucose syrup, Potato starch, Beef gelatine, flavouring, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
i am guessing you would need some extra strong flavouring.. possibly only available from place like this0 -
