Have a little suggestion... go round to all the Pizza deliveries and Cab firms in the area - offer to distribute their flyers and cards at the same time. Charge about £30 per thousand - they'll bite your hand off.
One of each and that'll more than double your take for the same walk.
Hope this helps

We were told we could doorstep them if they wouldn't go through the letter box, it took me and my hubby about 5 hours to deliver 1010 books, netting us £116.
Downside is, my back is killing me now!0 -
excellent - i've applied to be a routechecker, Bournemouth delivery is October, so they will need a local routechecker after that.
Many thanks for the info.

I've done this before and by the time I collected them and put petrol in the car and then paid tax (yes you pay your own tax) it is barely minimum wage. But to some they may be happy with this. Best of Luck.

I thought about the routechecker role but it doesn't say what they pay for that does it?0
-
no it doesnt, but no harm in applying (which I've done) - you can always say no!!Experience is the toughest teacher because she gives the test first then the lesson

Anyone had any luck? I've been asked to deliver the yellow pages now, but I haven't had my money for the last job yet. They did say a few weeks though.0

OK, I've delivered the yellow pages, it took the morning, but I'm £90 better off, well when the cheque comes. Not bad at all in my opinion. Anyone else interested, register your details on http://www.deya.co.uk0

I delivered the yellow pages when I was a student, unfortunately I got a route that was quite far from my house so I spent a fair bit on petrol it was also right in the city centre and I had to pay parking. Still made a bit of a profit but it was hard going.0

How does the tax thing work? Isn't the amount you receive already taxed or do you have to do anything more?
