Superdrug bargains 10p each!!!

This is my first post so hope its ok.
I went into superdrug today and they had a sale rack right at the very back of the store. Sales items started at 10p they had Olay sets, purses, chess games, make up bags, compasses, make up sets all 10p each. They also had other sale items at 49p and 99p each. It was not advertised in store window i just saw it by chance when i went in as the staff were just starting to sort the stuff out today. The staff said that all the stores would be doing these sales to get rid of this years stock starting today. Look ot for the YELLOW SALE STICKERS around the store! :j

  • Wouldn't bother going to the Chatham store, one guy cleared the shelves of everthing marked up at 10p, I did managed to get some 49p bits but wasn't a great deal there.

Superdrug at white rose centre in Leeds was pretty poor to tell you the truth. Two items that were marked up at £1.99 came through at £2.99 at the checkout, they refused to honour the prices, stating that they had simply been put in the wrong place. Had a good look around the rest of the store and to be honest it was complete rubbish. Got a packet of tissues and a £2.99 gift that probably was that price to begin with.... never mind, ya can't win them all!!
    Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

    30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)

  • I got a set of 3 candles reduced from 3.99 to 10p as well. must be nationwide
  • I went back in this afternoon and most of the 10p items were gone but the manager said that were sorting out a load more tonight for tomorrow morning, and said most of the other stores will be doing the same!. So it may be worth going back in the morning to look at your local superdrugs.

  • Hi everyone,
Went to the Trafford Centre today and couldn't find a thing for 10p. There are little bubble bath pouches for 49p, some chocs for £1 etc but nothing amazing in there today!

I picked up some soaps a three pack of rose ones for 10p and some salt and vinegar Walkers also 10p. Nothing else but worth a look everytime you go past. As last year I got some great slippers, and cosmetics for just 10p.

I remember this from last year - must have been around 29th December and they were putting out loads of Christmas cards for 10p a pack - my mum stocked up on them for this year (though I bet she forgot where she put them all).
