Just put through order for some sale stuff and used a code only to find some jobs worth has debited my account with two past voucher codes !! ie added £27 to my account. I rang them and they told me I used too many codes.....apparently you can only have one code per customer ever.
Has anyone else had this?

I know the rules say you can't stack codes, but if i were you i would call them back and cancel the order.....

The various orders date back over the last six months .... I have used the goods. Fortunately I needed them but would never have ordered them and paid P&P without code. Just want to warn anybody else that they are clawing back money from past orders not just recent ones0

Thanks For The Warning. I Find This Behaviour Really Irritating As I Think That Once They Have Accepted Your Order With A Code Then That Should Be It.if There Is A Problem With A Code Then You Should Be Made Aware Of It At The Checkout Stage!0

Iwas sent a £10 off & free delivery mailing addressed to me -ordered by post which had the discount pre-printed on the order form- just checked online account & guess what I now owe £13.50 . ..no reply to emails either0

Wow Leicester thats a lot of capitals !!
I processed an order with two vouchers, received the item and the invoice had only used the cheapest one ( 5% off or something) I emailed and complained and got the reply of 'sorry only 1 per customer' so i replied 'fine but cant you at least take off the higher value voucher ' (£15) they replied sure no probs and when my next statement arrived they had actually deducted all three !! £70 phone for forty odd quid for me !!
Keep complaining as this is poor customer service, without warning is downright sneaky.
good luck

LXDirect and Daxon have a habit of doing this. Exactly why I always warn people when I see new threads saying "£10 off and free P&P at LXDirect - no minimum spend!". It always results in the majority of people having to return their orders or owing £10 + P&P!!!0

I have use codes without problem the £13.50 I used in April came off fine and I used one yesterday which took £22.50 off, then added the postage back on. Phoned them up and they say it will be sorted once goods are dispatched.
Then again my order is nearly £200, they would lose out if I sent it back.Barclaycard 3800

Same happened to me0

I have read before that they have frozen peoples accounts to investigate the amount of codes used. What was the outcome??0

I reckon the only way to be sure of these codes is to pay as you go, then they don't have any right to take back money.:cool:0
