Just came across (no pun intended) this web page where you can order a free sample - just fill in your details and a few simple (although somewhat personal) questions to get a free sample.

Have just done this today, if I get it I will let you know. Early promotions have required you to phone up - not sure if this is an extension of the existing promotion or a new one all together.

Both the link posted out in December and January both fail and say "there are no more samples"

Did not see the other links before... but only this think seems valid
