both times ive ordered from these delivery has taken over a fortnight.Games were missing then refunded to my account without me being contacted.Rather annoying when its game you wanted and only added other to make up a deal,so seems good offer but beware of their bad service.

I ordered a game of play.com on xmas day then its been out of stock since then. Got an e-mail on Monday this week to say the item is reserved but they cannot send as there is insufficient funds in my account which is fair enough. So I went to the bank to put some money in that account where the card is. Now the item is out of stock. 6 months and still waiting I phoned 3 times in the last 3 days and the systems have been down what a joke

Anyone after particular games should look at http://uk.gamestracker.com/ where you can search for most of the best prices in UK. You can also make a watchlist so that you can track price changes on your preferred games and opt for emails if prices are reduced or release dates changed.
