  • Thanks I've got the calendar but the planner will download but I can't open it. Any ideas.

    Try right clicking on the file you have downloaded, select the "Open With" option, then click Internet Explorer.

    I had a laptop that didn't have Word installed and had a similar problem opening Word documents. Opening them with Internet Explorer worked for me. Be interested to know if it works for you.

    I should have said that I couldn't open the file because my security software says there's a problem with it! Does anyone else have this? I don't want to risk opening it.

    Just downloaded and printed the A5 format plus the yearly planner, Great find MrBeans as calendar do not come cheap!!

    Hi sarah2000h, I have open the file after running it with my antivirus and it is safe to do so. Try to download OpenOffice for free if you do not have microsoft suite.
    Look to me that for a lot of peoples it is not necessary to understand things in order to argue about them ;)
