Mortages when not in the Country

Hi everyone, New to this so bare with me

My Fiance and I are living in New York the last couple of months. We will be going home and we are interested in buying a home in the North of Ireland. I was just wondering if it is possible to get a mortgage when you dont live in the country based on your earning in a different country.

I would so very much appreciate any comments on this matter

  • It may be possible - there is a company called conti financial services which specialise in helping people buy homes in other countries - but i am not sure if they can help in your circumstances.

they have a website https://www.mortgagesoverseas.com which will give you more information ;)
I am a director of 3 Counties Mortgage Services Ltd.
