just ordered 150 6x4 prints from kodak website £11.99 incl postage
using kodak downloader software [free] is easy and keeps check of number
downside takes 60 min to upload [ but I live in country ]

It's probably cheaper if you register with different sites and then take up their offers of 'x' amount of free 6x4 prints when you do. It will be a bit of a faff doing seperate orders since you want to print upto 200 but it can save you quite a bit. Photobox offer 50 with £1.49 postage, and jessops offer 40 which you could collect in-store if you wanted.

If you haven't the time to do that, I've found foto.com to be quite cheap per print compared to others but the cheeky things do add an admin charge to the postage which ups the cost a little bit.
