Back up to £12 now - I didn't see this in time

i just had a call saying they are out of stock and im only getting 2 of the 3 ordered and if i require a reimbursement for the 3rd item i have to call a 0845 number to request......im not very happy at all, choice claim they dont take payment until dispatch but my bank tells me something else!!!If ive helped in any way please feel free to hit the "thanks" button!

my receipt mentioned BOGOF also..DAK that mean i should have been charged £4.50 for 2 towels instead of £6?
If so DAK have the contact number i need to call to get my refund...0 -
I have had one lot of towels the next lot i should get in march!!! So i was told earlier by a lady calling from Choice. I asked if the will be at the low price got told i should. We will see!!!!0

I called today and asked about the BOGO1/2 price stated on the Advice Note and CS confirmed that I should have been charged £13.50 for my 6 instead of £18. They cannot do a credit until I receive my full order (5 towels still outstanding) so I have to phone back when the rest arrive to get the £4.50 refunded. Call the 0845 number on your delivery/advice note and let us know how you get on. 0 -

Received my towels today and am extremely pleased with them. Gone through the wash already! They are massive, I only ordered two, wish I'd got more now but they're out of stock.
I also had the BOGO1/2 PRICE on my advice note - just rang them and they're refunding the difference to my card. Can't say fairer than that.
Very happy
