Regarding the Ruling in Manchester, the onus in Law ( all Laws ) is for the Prosecutor to PROVE their case against the Defendant.
So, if a case under the CC Act goes to Court, the Creditor will still need to come up with the Agreement........if not, anybody can make up anything
