    Regarding the Ruling in Manchester, the onus in Law ( all Laws ) is for the Prosecutor to PROVE their case against the Defendant.
    So, if a case under the CC Act goes to Court, the Creditor will still need to come up with the Agreement........if not, anybody can make up anything:confused:

    Need to do defence tomorrow/Monday, bit scared.

    Only had post two days this week, so not sure if that makes a difference to the time they have to respond :confused:
