Yoga/Pilates video HighStreet - best price?

Could anyone let me know of the best place on the highstreet to purchase a good Yoga/Pilates video.

My mother has finally come up with an idea she would like for her birthday in a couple of days time and I need to buy it and it is too late for online.

I live in Reading so it caters for most retail stores, so if anyone knows of special low prices on at the moment in any particular store please can you let me know.

Also if there is a good one you would recommend for someone who hasn't done exercise for several decades or for old folk, I would be grateful.

Hi - boots have a keep fit section which might have them but to be honest u prob would be best to look up your local council/community to see if they do a local class and pay for your mum to go along as this would by far be the safest option - i know have been doing yoga for 5 years and it looks so easy but aint!
The good thing about going to a class is they will correct you whereas a dvd wouldn't. U could always chum your mum - u won't regret it. Hope this helps u x zig

yes classes are best but you could buy book to give her some ideas
There were some cheap gift sets in wh smiths last week
Any book by Lynne Robinson (pilates)
Or Vilma lalvani (yoga ) would be a good buy - try your local discount book shop works county bookstore they are often 1/2 price
