As posted earlier - Superman 2 figures "reduced to clear" at £4.95-ish and scanning at £6.50-ish. R + R no probs - with a smile and an apology. (only bought one, my son has enough toys to keep him going for another decade or so)

Loads of other itmes in the toy section as clearance - didnt have time to check them all but may be worth a look.

Noticed a number of mobiles have the special offer expiring on 3/9/6 - however they all had the bar-codes removed from the boxes ??? possible way for Tesco to circumvent R + R methinks ?

Honeydew Melon, large 1ft square yellow label saying 99p, charged £1.28
Finest Scottish Beef Rump Steak, sel £9.98 per kg, pack label £11.98

Got one on the night before my hols!:j SEL 129.97 reduced to 99.97 scanned at 104.97. CS no prob asked (in a half hearted sorta way) "you wouldn't accept the difference would you?" says she. "Ah no thanks". says I "Neither would I!" says she. The SEL had expired on 11/07/06 I "purchased" on 10/08/06!! (Hols reason for not posting sooner sorry SEL was removed anyhow) BTW this was in the newly refurbished Dungannon store. Bigger better and with many more R&Rs I hope.:T :T Now all I need is one of those pic printers!!

over the last week in 3 stores i have noticed tescos organic stilton cheese ..over priced per kg... its will all the other pre-packed cheese ( NOT CHEESE COUNTER ) sorry cant remember the diff in kg price... as i dont like smelly cheese.....so must have just had price in crease...:p
