bought some cherry wine...

i saw it at morrisons... thought it sounded nice, but ive never had it before. do you drink it neat, with a mixer or is it like a liquour? do you think it would work well in my cranberry sauce?

The late Keith Floyd, used to say, never put wine into your food, that you dont like.
So taste it first... and if its not to your liking, don't put it in your cranberry sauce.
But, to be honest, it does sound as if it will go well

Edit... if its a wine, then you shouldn't have to mix it...
If its a liquour then you might

it says on the bottle you can drink it straight or add lemonade and ice for a long drink. my curiosity got the better of me and i just had some. it reminds me of cough medicine, but not in a really bad way!! lol...
i think it will go nice with the cranberry sauce so i will do that later on and jar it up ready for friday...
