I ordered a bottle of aftershave a few weeks ago it arrived leaking.
I contacted them with a picture of the bottle and they have refused to do anything.
DON'T USE THEM VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.:mad:

Bilbo, I'm sure someone will be able to advise properly, but if goods are received damaged, I would imagine that your entitled to a refund/exchange, surely?4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Nope. I asked them a couple of questions and they were quick and curteous and solved my minor issue.
So - no problems here
As for damage. Yes, look up their policy on their site and see about their returns policy.0 -
I too have used them with no problem. For those who have had problems- maybe try escalating the complaint to a more senior employee?0
