in Cutting tax


Not to rent out this time but for when we retire (10-15 yrs in future, our present home linked to my job), our daughter and family would probably live in it (rent free, you know what kid's are like!

when you sell a chargable gain has occured and you will be liable to CGT.
Make sure you are using all the reliefs available to you. Post some figures if you want an idea of the amount.
