Mortgage incorrect price phone vs letter

Hi
I contacted my mortage company who advised me of my new rate £ and %. I received a letter in the post a few weeks after this and the % has stayed the same but the £ have gone up.
Ive have sent a complaint to the company but they seem to be dragging their heals.
What are my rights? Do they have to honour the orginal % what was quoted. They are tring to find the call to listen to.

You say the % rate is the same but the actual cost in £,s is not.
They gave you a quote over the phone and hopefully accurate figures in the writtern letter.
Have you got the deal offered at the interest rate quoted?0
