Music Magpie Query

Hi all, hope someone can help....
I've sent two parecels of dvds to music magpie and as yet haven't received a cheque. I tried logging onto their webiste to check the status but even tho I'm putting in the right info, it's not letting me in. Is anyone else having this problem?

How long ago did you send the parcels? I find it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get a cheque back.
I don't think it tells you online if a cheque has been issued or not. If so, I haven't figured it out

Ummm sent them at the beginning of dec - I have found you can look at the order history and it tells you that the order has been processed.....

royal mail have been very slow the past few months and thats probably the reason - did you send it by trackable means ie recorded etc?0

i cant remember whether they are trackable - but no use if they dont provide you with the details,

Hi all, I wouldn't worry to much i'm sure you will recieve your cheque, I have use the twice in the past few months and have no problems receiving a cheque was a round the 2-3 week mark.:j0
