I just wondered if anyone has ever been declined a career development loan request from either Barclays or the Co-operative. If they were, did they re-apply with the other bank?
Its because I have a career development loan application that was turned down by Barclays and I'm in now a fix. I don't know if the cooperative bank will offer me one.
