I'm doing a 'pamper tub' for one of my friends.

Empty whisky tube (OH drank the contents!)
Covered it with red paper (bought roll cheap from charity shop)
Filling it with all the freebie samples I've sent for of anti-wrinkle stuff, moisturiser etc. and popping in a bit of cheapo bubble bath in a nice shaped bottle I'd had some bath stuff in
Total cost - well, not a lot ! Had to buy the wallpaper and glue & ribbon to tie round it but its a really cheap pressie.......:j

Also done some button necklaces.............one way of using up my mums jar of buttons that cost me nothing......forget what I paid for the thread but it was pennies rather than pounds. :j
Working on button bracelets now but not having much luck so far........:( But I'll not be beat.
Aiming for a really cheap year for christmas and birthdays............needs must as OH not able to work so following this thread with interest.
    Keep the ideas coming:j
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
