Hi, are these actually safe to use. I bought one yesterday from a PayPoint machine and it's of high value - it's for an xmas present and the seller wanted me to send the unique code you receive woth the voucher via e-mail to him. I asked him if this is safe and he said it is because he'll send my item out same day.
I just wanted to know if it is really safe i.e. if he doesn't send me my item can i still get my money back as i have the receipt for the voucher?
Many thanks.

Personally I wouldn't touch this one with a 20ft pole
The seller will top up his prepay maestro/visa/mastercard using the voucher code and you will never hear from them again.
Just think, would you buy a mobile phone e-top up voucher to pay for something off ebay and then text them the code, leaving them free to top the phone up.
My suggestion, get yourself a 360 money prepaid card, top it up with the voucher and thank your lucky stars you didn't fall for a con0 -
This sound's too dodgy.
The receipt you have will count for nothing once all the credit is used up which the seller will get once you email him the code. And since you sent it to him of your own free will it wouldn't be classed as fraud.0
