I tried to order this, went through on my credit card,then got an email from them saying that they need proof I live at this address? used my credit card hundreds of times before with no probs!
I range them and they have asked me to post them two original utility bills???!!!

I've reserved in store, so no idea why you have had that response addicted...I'd check with your credit card supplier. Sounds very unusual.
