Increasing the chance of being accepted for a morgage.

I was accepted for a morgage about 6 months ago but couldn't find anything sutable.
I was then offered a new job with a new compnay which I took.
I would like to reapply for a morgage.
Will the fact I have only been in my new job 6 months go against me?
Also what else can I do to make it more likely that they will offer me a morgage?
Cheers Jo

make 30 percent deposit- guaranteed to make the lender secure even if they know that you have been unemployed for 3 years..
After all, with all that deposit, even if you default, they can still keep the deposit and sell the house for as much as possible, leaving them with few thousand ontheir pocket0 -
