hi,

I had a item bought for me as a leaving present awhile ago and today I noticed the zip has given up.... Its less that 3 mths old!!

The item is from Jane Norman.

Would I be able to return it for an exchange/credit note? I obviously have no receipt etc.

Thanks

Jen

I have done it in the past if I don't have a receipt.

I'd go back and explain the situation. You won't get the cash back on it but they'll probably give you a credit note or let you exchange
