Cash Genie took money early

My other half has a loan with these cretins (yes I know they are bad news before anyone says)
They sent her an email yesterday stating that payment will be taken in 3 days time (23rd), but they have just applied for the money today, leaving her with no money at all.
She has called them and they basically said 'sorry, nothing we can do', they stated they sent out an email saying that payment will be taken early to all customers and if you did not want this to happen to email back. Is that legal? She never got that email anyway. So now she is stuck with no money till Wednesday thank to them.

She is on the phone to them now and also to the bank.
The bank have reversed the payment so she can withdraw her money.
Would send a letter to Cash Genie, but I do not think they would pay any attention to it at all......If the world is a stage... I want better lighting!0 -

So it looks like they probably never sent the email and just took money out when they wanted to.
Is there some legal issues with this?If the world is a stage... I want better lighting!0 -

Board Team,
Please be advised that I am neither touting for business nor trying to advertise; I am merely responding to the comments that have been posted already, and putting across a balanced view in respect of postings that you have already permitted.
