Hi all,
Hope this is in the right place, did anyone order the New Moon preview DVD and USB from Fabulous magazine back in October? Paid £4-odd and meant to be delivery in 28 days - nothing so far!

Hi katebl, I have also been waiting and not received anything but after a post made by veggieblob, I contacted offers@freebiegifts.co.uk forwarding them the receipt for my payment and letting them know the problem. Someone replied today letting me know they'll sort it out. This was something my mum wanted me to get for my sisters stocking so hopefully it'll arrive soon. Good luck!0

My nan did this offer for me before she went to Oz so I dont have the receipt number or anything is there anything i can do?You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I ordered mine ages ago and wrote to complain. Got an email back saying they would send the next day. Today I received an envelope with the DVD but no memory stick so I've written back saying I want a refund - not much use to me if they can't deliver before xmas.0

I too have recieved the dvd but no memeory stick, not very happy!!
Altho, on the 23rd dec the postie put a card thru my letterbox saying there was an item he couldn't deliver as it hadn't enough postage paid on it, ( it was 30p short, so it's cost me £1.30, cos of their handling fee) and I REALLY hope that its not the memory stick, or i REALLY won't be happy,already paid a fortune in postage....

I got mine last week and posted evidence in the thread titled Expansive Media. They come in postage paid envelopes so I don't think it'll be that, OP!0

I'm still waiting for 4 of these. Got the DVD but never the USB sticks. No reply from expanisve media when I email them either and their mailbox on their phone is always full0
