Ice Cleats

Hi, does anyone know where on the high street I can but Ice Cleats, they are called this in the US, they attach to your shoes, have little spikes or coils on them to prevent you slipping on ice and snow. I would be grateful for hight street shops and UK online stores which sell them.

Not as glamorous. but I have heard it helps to put some old socks over your shoes!!

I personally use a pair of boots I got in a Lidl car park sale for £1 - they have crepe soles and are wonderful!

I don't know about high street shops but I purchased some Yaktrax in the UK from yaktrax.co.uk but they broke. So I ended up buying some stabilicers from a UK site ridewales.com they offer the devices from 32north.com which are a bit more serious and work very well. As a keen jogger I also purchased the sport versions.
