    Quite apart from the fact that as a Ltd company they are not displaying their company details, i.e. company number and registered office address, along with that their returns policy which seems to sit outside of the SOGA!!!

    I would not order a lens cloth from this shower, let alone any camera!!!!!

  • I wish I hadn't.... :( I had to tell them DSR rules & threaten to post the camera back without postage if they carried on insisting I paid the return before they panicked & sent a courier to collect it...

    If they have a clause in their T@Cs that the consumer pays the return cost then that is perfectly acceptable

  • They do, BUT... they also have a few clauses that they don't stick to and they don't seem to abide by their own rules. I didn't trust them because they'd given such poor service at every step so I refused to pay anything else, and they obviously agreed or they would have just stuck to their guns.... anyway we digress ;)
