Selling some reduced stuff yesterday at Leeds, the thing is, they don't have reduced signs or clearance signs, just look for prices ending in 7, eg. £19.97, £14.47 etc.
A member of staff once told us that is how to spot a reduced item, they always end in a 7.
Me and my sister love going round the store looking for 7's.
    Happy 7 hunting.

  • last year when i went, didnt really see any reductions/sale. however they have got lots of offers starting on 27th till 17 jan. was handed a booklet at the door yesterday on my way out
  • In Milton Keynes on Sunday all the Christmas stock had moved to the right hand wall of the warehouse, some things had reduced prices some didn't. Although they may have just not been marked down.

I have often wondered what Costco do with their over stock as I have been going to Costco for years and bever seen any sale items:confused:
  • I got a fresh Gressingham Goose, reduced from £36.99 to £11.97 an hour before closing last Christmas Eve - gonna send hubby on a recce to Costco in a bit to try our luck again, that goose was lovely!
    Definitely not high maintenance! :D

They sell end of line stuff by that pallet load to traders.

I have a friend who used to get all sorts of stuff from the Birmingham Costco. He was on good terms with the manager there, that's how he got into it.
