  • Hello all

all caught up with Chat. been shopping, it was busy but ok, I was a woman on a mission mind you and then got caught in the snow. So the walk home from the station was not fun. Everything takes so long in the snow.

Sally your weekend sounds grim love, many hugs

Snags, world's worst timing award. sorryxx

Has any one heard from BB today? or Z?

I felt yucky so went bed after shopping but now have headache. think it might be Cocoa and bed.

Evening all. Got a text at ten past seven asking where I was, I'd got the time wrong. One day I'll shock everyone by turning up to something at the right place at the right time!

Only had one course and was stuffed (salmon roll with minced prawn inside, some veg on top and a bowl of sticky rice), and a baileys coffee. Cost £16, and I'd budgeted for the full four courses (£40) so I've got plenty to stuff in Henry, which nearly takes him to the amount for the TV. Had a great time.

I agree that all of you who are ill need to relax and hand over the reins to someone else, so what if xmas isn't 'perfect' (what's that anyway?), health is far more important. And I'm sure your kids would rather have you to play with on xmas day than have you stuck in bed ill.

Snaggles, that's rubbish. Although it's reminded me that I planned to have the painters in over xmas so it's out of the way when I don't have anything to do (it wipes me out for a few days), so I need to stop taking my pill tonight.

    Luc, tablets aren't always bad.

I don't have to worry about wrapping presents for a while, since I'm not going to see anyone to give them to until after xmas now. Wish I hadn't bought the paper though, it'll be loads cheaper by the time I need it!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Buffy, I am seriously taking it easy, the only thing we have planned is a Christmas Eve, Eve party which will be just warmed up party stuff from Mr T's.

If the ironing isnt done then its going to get stuffed in a cupboard.

We have plenty of food, I have yankee candles and wine.............It will be a very merry Christmas.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Ive decided to sod the rest of the decorations and getting holly and Ivy to decorate the stairs like I normally do...It drives me mad by day after Christmas so whats the point this year! Tomorrow OH is off to tesco by foot to get me some washing powder and a few cheap essentials like milk and bread. I will be in my jimmy Jams and bed all day if possible. Will factor in some snuggle and play time with B too :)

Ames sounds like a good night out after all...and cheaper than planned is always good!

I am finishing shopping tomorrow, snow allowing, then lunch with a friend and then on Wednesday I am going to try and visit four friends all in one day

    Must make a list.
