blocked cookies? can't open email attatchment?

hi, please can anyone help me?
just booked a holiday & got my confirmation email but it came through to spam, moved it before I opened it, & now it's just blank..

there's the eye thing with red restricted circle (hope that makes sense!) at the bottom, when I click on it, it says 'based on your privacy settings some cookies may have been restricted or blocked'

Don't think I've changed any settings recently, but need to print off my tickets etc very soon!!

I am assuming you are using outlook as you havent specified anything.
In outlook go to Tools - Options and then click on Security (should be 5th tab from left at the top of the window). Click on Zone Settings (under Security Zones) and change the setting to trusted sites and see if that helps.

Another solution might be to forward the email to a web-based email (yahoo / hotmail / gmail etc) and access the account in a browswer. See if that solves your problem !!!
