Hi was wondering if anyone can tell me how cash back sites work and which one should I use?

  • I mostly use Topcashback but have an account with Quidco too. I haven't had any problems with either one. :)
  • I use quidco and have earned £300 in a year buying stuff that I would have bought anyway. I go on to https://www.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to see who is doing the best deal on the item I want to buy then log onto quidco to see if that merchant is one that is registered with them. I suspect that they are all very similar and you may be able to get a slightly better deal from one if you are prepared to keep checking but I am happy using just one.
  • I would recommend Quidco - so far in 2009 I have received £165 from quidco just from small transactions here and there.
  • Used to use quidco and have no real problems with them other than they pay once a month at the end of the month (after a 10 day wait). Now use Cashbackkings (unless the deals better on quidco) as they still have the same 10 day wait, but pay up straight away after that. The same £5 annual fee applies, but comes out of your cashback pot, not your pocket
